SUBLIMATION for picture perfect custom printing on t-shirts

Our preferred method is what we call Method 1: SUBLIMATION

It consists of a heat sensitive ink, that joins a synthetic material (polyester) to bond for life. All of the products that we offer are produced using this process just different types of medium used for t-shirt production!

Sublimation does not limit the image quality when used on 100% synthetic material, such as, polyester or specially coated surfaces like this 100% micro polyester shirt.

However most of our wearable products are 50% cotton and 50% polyester which means that the cotton will show through eventually to give a worn look to the image, but the polyester will be dyed for life and there will be no cracking or peeling of thick plastic! For brilliant colors we recommend using a light colored product like white or natural, but for text, or image outlines, a near black color is very effective for light, medium or dark colored products. Here are some examples of Sublimation on different colored products.

colors do not show up with great detail on the oxford & darker heathers

notice how the navy letters turn out black on the gold color fabric, but the artistic integrity is kept with out leaving a plastic residue
